Based on the recognition of the importance of the information assets for businesses, the Research Institute of Japan Industry & Innovation (hereby the institute) declares to establish the information security policy, the in order to secure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets, and to meet the expectations of clients and the society.
1. Management responsibility
The management is responsible to design, implement and improve organizational and continuing information security policy and its application.
2.Buildup of internal system
The institute builds up appropriate international system in order to maintain and to improve the organizational information security.
3.The effort of employees
The institute ensures that all employees are provided necessarily knowledge and skills to enhance better understandings and practice of information security.
4.Ccompliance with laws, regulations ethics and contractual obligations
The institute follows laws, regulations, ethics, and contractual obligations with regard to information security.
5.Rresponse to the infringement and incident
The institute deals appropriately with any infringement and incident with regard to information security and take necessarily measures to prevent recurrence.
